As founder of the Grangé Group, Alain brings a plethora of expertise in all phases of the international leisure lifestyle, hospitality and real estate development business to make any venture a success. With a proven track record, he leads a team of select, qualified and dedicated professionals also with proven track records and experience. These executives are multi-lingual, multi-cultural and together have done business on 6 continents.

In conjunction with the portfolio for Grangé Group, Alain has served as President, CEO of Cendant International Resort Group; President, CEO of RCI International; President CEO of Starwood Vacation Ownership International; President, CEO of Vistana International and Managing Director of Strategic Hotels & Resorts’ predecessor Geller & Co.

Alain was also an executive with such international hotel groups and hotels as Holiday Inn, Intercontinental, Grand Metropolitan, Steingenberger, Plaza Athénée, George V, Splendido, Savoy, Amstel, Carlton and Castellana hotels.

Alexander Avramovic (GENERAL MANAGEMENT)

Alexander has held positions such as COO, VP and Regional Managing Director and others for various companies including: Holdepa Hotels/Elite Collection; Holidays Network Group; Meliá Hotels International/Club Meliá; Cendant Resort Group; Crowne Plaza Hotels & Resorts; and RIT Tours.

He is an achievement-oriented professional with extensive corporate and field experience in business administration, operations management, finance management, and strategic planning within both the vacation and hotel industries. Alex has a proven track record of managing large-scale, mixed use projects while leading both small and large teams toward overall success.

Alex provides expertise across multi-site operations, sales, marketing, administration, development, and guest services. Alex is a leader with multicultural background who demonstrates an excellent understanding of how to build successful and profitable organizations across multiple countries.

Malcolm W. McMullen (Finance, Accounting, and Administration)

Malcolm began his career as a Certified Public Accountant and has more than 30 years of development, acquisition, finance, information technology, property management, and business planning experience in the hospitality, vacation ownership, and resort residential industries. He has served in various senior executive capacities with Branded and non-branded Vacation Clubs including Hilton Grand Vacations Club, and Shell Vacations LLC.

Malcolm earned his Bachelors in Business Administration (BBA) from Emory University (the Goizueta Business School) before beginning his time as a CPA with Arthur Young & Company (now Ernst & Young). Dating back into the late 1970’s and before Arthur Young & Company, Malcolm was involved in various development, hospitality, and sales functions within the vacation club industry. Next, he left Arthur Young & Company to form an entrepreneurial investment banking company in 1986 and became licensed as a Financial Operating Principal for the Securities industry (FINRA-Series 27 licensed). In his various roles since coming back to the vacation club industry, he has been responsible for upstream financial reporting, sales reporting, sales systems, contract administration, consumer finance, project budgeting, legal registration and compliance, and feasibility planning and the financial analysis of the future developments.

Ultimately, while Malcolm’s roles have been many within the vacation club and resort real estate development industries, and that occurred as a function of his broad array of knowledge, skills, and talent to take on the most critical and often complex tasks. As a result of that experience, he is able to bring that diverse combination of skills to provide finance and accounting functions, sales reporting, sales systems, contract administration, consumer finance, project budgeting, legal registration and compliance, and feasibility planning and analysis of future developments to the Grangé Group.


Linda provides brand and creative services for the Grangé Group, bringing together the strategy and ideas envisioned with each new venture into a comprehensive story for both public and private investors.

Linda has 28 years of experience working with, and creating such brands as: Elite Collection by Hodelpa; Lifestyle Holidays Vacation Club; Lifestyle Real Estate DR; Meliá Hotels & Resorts (Club Meliá); Mayakoba, Riviera Mexico; Starwood Vacation Ownership; Hilton Grand Vacations, Marriott Vacations International, Bahia Principe Vacation Club, Blue Diamond with Travel Smart and Club VIVA to name a few.

With expertise in the creation of brands both domestic and Internationally, creative mediums such as print, web, Apps, Social Media, Public Relations and more, Linda provides the much needed communication tools to bring projects to life.


Angela oversees the design, decor, aesthetic, and overall quality of interior and commercial space, furnishings and products for Grangé Group projects. Angela ensures that all of the environments are functional, as well as visually pleasing.

She brings years of superb experience and exquisite taste to the team, with a keen understanding of the luxury US & European markets. Her portfolio includes a number of high-end interior designs such as; St. Andrews Country Club, BallenIsles Country Club, Bay Hill Country Club - Isle of Osprey, etc.

Angela, studied both in the USA, and England at The New York School of Interior Design, and Massey Atlanta/London School of Design, and apprenticed with Harrods London.

Nick VandenBrekel - Chief of Information Technology and Director of Transportation Logistics.

Nick leads the Information Technology and transportation logistics departments for the Grangé Group. He a technology expert and innovator. With over 35 years of experience in myriad aspects of technology development, he has contributed to groundbreaking technologies in the communications, hardware, software, security, social media, and enterprise systems industry.

A native of the Netherlands, he attended St. Michaels College in the Netherlands and the Rietvelden Technical School before entering the Dutch Royal Navy . As a Navy veteran, he attended the Operational School Royal Netherlands Navy where he trained in naval radio communications and then continued into technology systems development.

He holds degrees and diplomas in Electrical Engineering, Communications and in various programming and expert systems. Nick has a passion for building and creating the architectural design of quantum physics, quantum computing, dynamic learning, artificial intelligence, and robotics systems.

Nick is an Instrument Rated Fixed Wing, Single Engine, Multi Engine, Helicopter Aviator, a United States Coast Guard US Merchant Marine Officer with both Masters and Commercial endorsements.

Nick is a multi lingual, multi cultural , extensive global traveler of business and pleasure.

Alain-Alexandre Grangé (FILM & MEDIA PRODUCTION)

As a film maker, Alain-Alexandre brings the knowledge and experience to oversee all media production for Grangé Group including; video, film and photography, as well as social media strategy and implementation. From conceptual boards to completed visuals and effects, he showcases the beauty and benefits of our various projects.

Alain is a film school graduate of the prestigious Ringling College of Art and Design. He has produced and directed a number of movies and videos for both private corporation use and public release.
