Banyan Tree Hotels & Resorts

Worked with project owners to create and develop the comprehensive real estate strategy for the Banyan Tree Mayakoba Residences.

Rosewood Hotels & Resorts

Worked with the hotel management company to create and develop the comprehensive real estate strategy for the Rosewood Mayakoba Residences and Condominiums.

Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts

Worked with the hotel management company to create and develop the comprehensive real estate strategy for the Four Seasons Resort for Punta Mita and Mexico City.

Ritz Carlton Hotels & Resorts

Worked with hotel ownership on real estate asset maximization, management and development strategy.

Fairmont Hotels & Resorts

Worked with the hotel management company to create and develop the comprehensive real estate strategy for whole ownership and fractional product at the Fairmont Heritage Place Mayakoba.

Sol Meliá Hotels & Resorts

Contributed to the launching of a real estate diversification and assets maximization strategy for this large branded company that has more than 350 hotels and resorts on 5 continents.

Strategic Hotels & Resorts

Contracted to develop and implement an asset maximization strategy for this large hospitality real estate investment trust.

Starwood Hotels & Resorts

Worked with the hotel management to create and develop a comprehensive international real estate strategy for the marketing and sales of some of the Starwood real estate products.

Holiday Inns Inc.

Created a 10 years Global Development Plan and oversaw the Franchise operations for Europe, Middle East, Africa, Caribbean and Southern USA.

Grand Metropolitan Hotels

Overseas Group Financial Controller and Director of Operations, managed overseas hotels and resorts and was involved in these opportunities and new projects in Europe, Middle East, Africa, and the Americas.

In addition:

Grangé’s experience includes senior executive positions with such companies as Geller & Co, InterContinental Hotels, Trust House Forte, and Steigenberger, as well as operations and management training with such deluxe hotels as the Plaza Athénée, Splendido, Imperial, Park Hotel, and the Excelsior. To round out his personal experience, he bought European estates, converted and operated them as luxury boutique hotels.
