Worked with the management company to align golf membership with the residence club component.

BallenIsles Country Club, Palm Beach Gardens, FL

Purchased this project through a joint venture to create, develop, construct, market and manage this 1400 acres, 3 golf courses, 23 tennis courts, racquet club, spa, and private 72,000-sq.ft-club house. Additionally created and marketed a very successful golf equity membership.

St Andrews Country Club, Boca Raton, FL

Was brought in by lending Institutions to turn around this failed community. This 600 acres property was themed, repositioned, marketed, and managed through Resort Golf Clubs, Int’l and became highly successful as a private, high-end, country club community with equity memberships and facilities that included 2 golf courses, racquet club, club house, and spa.

Alpine Bay Golf and Country Club, Alpine, AL

Managed, marketed, and sold this 2 golf course, 2,000 acres, Lake Front golf, equestrian and boating community.

Stonebrook Country Club

Developed, managed, marketed and sold this 250 acre private golf course community.
